Vision Call
A joint or solo call (with or without you, depending on your preference) to understand the couple’s story, aesthetic, and priorities. This is where we discuss how photo and film can best support the experience you’re creating.
STEP 02
Style & Setting Session
We refine portrait style, pacing, and design priorities — including what elements of your work you’d like highlighted, how you want spaces captured, and any editorial concepts we can build in.
STEP 03
Timeline Blueprint
I design a photo/film-aware timeline that integrates seamlessly with your master schedule: dedicated portrait windows, room reveals, detail coverage, and breathing space for the couple.
STEP 04
The Wedding Day
My team moves with confidence - directing when needed, disappearing when appropriate, and always protecting the integrity of the experience you’ve designed.
STEP 05
Delivery & Legacy
To keep the excitement going, we send wedding teasers to both clients and vendors immediately after the wedding, giving everyone a sneak peek of the magic while you wait for the complete collection.
The couple receives a curated gallery delivered in a way that feels polished, cinematic, and worthy of the experience.

Multi-day coverage for destination or full wedding weekends, custom-built around travel, events, and production needs. We have a destination wedding, how would you handle travel?
For destination weddings, we handle all the travel logistics for our team, so you don’t have to stress. We’ll research and organize everything—flights, accommodations, and any other travel needs—then send the full itinerary to you and/or your planner for review and approval.
Can you recommend any locations?
Absolutely! We’re happy to recommend stunning locations that align with your vision—whether you're drawn to coastal views, modern architecture, or natural landscapes. A curated Southern California location guide will be shared during the consultation and planning phase to help narrow down the perfect spots.
Will you help with posing and give direction?
Absolutely! Helping you feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera is a top priority. Our photographers provide gentle guidance and direction throughout, so you never have to worry about what to do. With your trust, we’ll capture images you’ll truly love.
